Dr. Palmer is fantastic! But his receptionist is the reason I will never go back in there! I was merely dropping something off for my husband, and was made to feel inferior, stupid, etc. if she had let me just tell her why I was there it all could have been fine, but I was cut off every time I tried! I guess I have worked in customer service too long, because that was awful. It's not the first time either.
RecommendedI recently got hearing aids on 12/23. It has improved my hearing so much. Dr. Palmer was thorough in his initial examination and thoroughly explained my hearing loss issues. He shared with me what my options are and discussed the different kinds of hearing aids available with my insurance coverage. Kim, his medical assistant, talked to me about the care and upkeep and made sure I understood what to do before I left the office. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer for anyone struggling to hear.
Dr. Palmer was amazing, got me into a top of the line hearing aid that made my old aids look like they were from the Stone Age. He and his staff are Very personable and fun to be around. Really knows his stuff. Hands down a solid ten out of ten. I would recommend him to anyone of any age. Can’t wait to see what fun new things he can get my hearing to do.

I went in to get molds made for custom in ear monitors and he did great work. He did multiple molds to ensure we got the perfect fit and for a great price! All the folks in the office were great and I was in and out quick.

I have been an Audiologist for 38 years. I live in Little Rock and now that I am retired and in need of hearing aids I drive to Russellville Hearing Clinic to see Dr. Palmer. I know how important finding the right Audiologist is for proper hearing aid care that is why I drive to see Dr. Palmer. Every persons hearing needs are different and you need someone with the knowledge and experience to work with you to solve those needs. In my opinion Dr. Palmer is that that person!
