The manager Ben treats people very rude and he's very closed minded. I truly believe he's prejudice toward Mexican people. I have had a positive experience living at Russellville Commons. The grounds are kept up, the staff is attentive and communicative. Placing our needs high on their to do list. I recently moved into a newly renovated apartment and have been very happy with the change. The management and staff helped to make it a seamless transaction and when we found a couple items needing repair or replacement such as light bulbs, a nut on a light fixture, a missing oven vent filter, our staff quickly repaired the items within an hour of req... read more

This is by far the best place I’ve lived in Portland! My girlfriend and I can’t stop talking about how much we love it here. We were in a housing crunch towards the end of the month and the leasing agents Meghan and Matthew were extremely helpful in getting us sorted out right away. I've lived at Russellville Commons for about a year and a half and I have to say, it is an absolutely wonderful place to live. It is so close to the light-rail (102nd & Burnside) that is saves a ton of time on my commute. My unit was freshly renovated which really sold me on move-in, plus the staff is hands-down the best I've ever worked with.
