Russellville Animal clinic Dr. Oates is the best vet in town. He is so caring and loves all pets from the largest to the smallest. His staff is the best. He is also so knowledgeable on the latest practices of vet sciences. I would never take my two mutts to anyone else. PROS: super CONS:
