Great experience at the dealership. Woudy is a great salesman and should be acknowledged for his great work. He worked with us and got us into a new RAV4. Bought a new 2020 Tacoma. Every time I book for service have to wait over month for an appointment. Last few times things were not done properly had to return or have my personal technician fix the problem and then bill Russell Toyota. Just recently during this hot spell I had to wait again for another month for an appointment to fix my A/C just to find out the part I need is in back order and they don’t know when they will have it and they’re not sure whether it will fix the problem or not. I had a flat tire, and the Toyota dealership in Scarborough told me I needed a new tire, that the inner tube was broken from driving on it. They would have charged me $300+ for it. I went to your dealership and they patched it up the next day for a mere $30. This dealership has always been quick with service and reasonably priced. I trust this dealership more than my own.
