Wouldn’t recommend to anyone purchasing their first vehicle wasted my time for over a week. Told me they were to busy for me there financial department was so unprofessional and not helpful didn’t try to work with us at all. Go to John dewars for a used car!! RUN FAST from this specific Toyota!! It has gone down hill!!!
Wouldn’t recommend at all. Very rude finance department! So unprofessional I will never recommend this place or buying any used cars from these people!! Look elsewhere they don’t wanna help you ether highly recommend Autoconnect instead!

Had a wiper blade crisis and went here to get winter blades. Was met with a wiper blade scientist who patiently answered my questions and passed on many pointers and facts, to my delight. Then proceeded to INSTALL THE BLADES FOR US!! This might not seem like a big deal, but it's these out-of-the-blue little events that make the world a better place. Thanks so much, Chris!!
I would NOT advise to do any service here. I had a clunk on my 4runner, had 2 appointments to get it diagnosed. They did not find the issue, Told me my shock and spring setup is wrong (same parts from the factory) since the front springs are different. Toyota didn’t make all the springs the same, they’re tuned differently to balance the vehicle’s weight and handling. One side (driver) is stiffer than the other to compensate for weight distribution.
