Extremely disappointed with the service department at this dealership. The Service Adviser, Jason Duke, was not only unprofessional, but flat-out rude and condescending. I came in expecting professionalism, but instead was met with an arrogant attitude and belittling remarks that made the entire experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Purchased a 2025 Rav 4 le hybrid from Russelle and Jake was awesome!! The order process went smoothly, and we were provided with regular updates until our Rav came in. We'd definitely buy from here again
Bought a new 2020 Tacoma. Every time I book for service have to wait over month for an appointment. Last few times things were not done properly had to return or have my personal technician fix the problem and then bill Russell Toyota. Just recently during this hot spell I had to wait again for another month for an appointment to fix my A/C just to find out the part I need is in back order and they don’t know when they will have it and they’re not sure whether it will fix the problem or not. Bought a Pre-owned Nissan Frontier and highly recommend Russelle Toyota. Brendan and Jim were great to work with. Prompt, Friendly, no pressure, and provided full details on the truck and all answers to my questions. The truck was listed at a fair price and they provided me a very fair Trade-in on my old Ram 1500. In addition to Safety check, they fully detailed the truck inside and out , complete with scratch removal at no added charge. Replaced the Rear Brakes as well. Service was outstanding.
