If i could give 100 stars I would! I got into an accident and ended up needing my rocker fixed as well as replacing both passenger doors. The shop manager, Bart Packman, was absolutely wonderful. He explained the plan of how they were going to repair my car and called multiple times while it was being fixed to give us updates. When the shop was done it looked brand new! I was very impressed. We purchased a 2024 Toyota Highlander in February 2025. Woudy helped us select the vehicle that met our needs. He was great and good fun to work with. Theresa helped us with all the paperwork, registration etc. The whole experience was easy and both Woudy and Theresa were very pleasant and efficient. We highly recommend Russelle Toyota!
Went there the other day for warranty work mirror blind spot detector does not work my infotainment system powers off and the car makes tons of noises, they did not fix anything and said you didn't buy it here bring it elsewhere if you want! What a joke so now I have video of some of the problems and will take it elsewhere! I will never be back and inwill tell everyone not to go there
Horrible experience, 0 customer service skills, felt a bit racially discriminated. I went there just to see how RAV 4 works but they were not in the mood of selling. No one ask neither they showed their cars to us. Just because of this never going back not even recommend to someone to got to this dealership to buy a car. It’s toyota they don’t give a damn about their sale. Just booked a new car today from another dealership.
