This place is shifty as all get out. They've held our car since July telling us our transmission was shot because we got an oil change done at a valvoline🙄. Gone back and forth with corporate and the dealership. We finally had to take our car back when our truck gave out. We took our car to our own mechanic and he said there's nothing wrong with our transmission and that all the dealership needed to do was update our software and replace a filter. 0/10 definitely do not recommend.
Poor sales representation and up charges
Bait and switch! Read their reviews. They advertise one price, management confirms the price (multiple times) and you get into the dealership and they jack it up 20%! Such a frustrating experience. After leaving this review on several sites, the GM saw it and called us. They ended up selling the car at the advertised price.

Liars! Absolutely shameful business practices here. I called about a certified used car stock # PG2733 and was told by Jerica and her associate three times when I asked to confirm the price that it would be as advertised $14,000 plus tax and license which would be 12% of the purchase price and no other surprise charges. After talking to the rude receptionist over the phone I should of done more research on this dump so I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I found a truck for $21,000 on their website. Went down there for them to tell me it’s FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE than the they price listed! What a joke. Listen to the other hundred reviews, avoid this place.
