RecommendedI have lived at RSF for two years now and LOVE it! The property manager Anna Claire is a BLESSING and so sweet and on top of things!! Highly recommend this apartment!! It is a great location, close to campus and an easy walk on game days!!

Loved it but my only complaint was the property manager wasn’t there on the weekends and there was no way to contact her. My roommate and I had a couple emergencies over the weekend and were left to deal with things ourselves. Other than that it was great!
I love that Russell Street it developing, but my God could this structure get any uglier? It’s like the developer decided to mix a prison aesthetic with the cheapest vinyl siding on the market. If there is anything the city of Starkville can do to force this building to become less obscene, please do it. It exemplifies the Starkville of yesterday, not today.
Very nice apartments, very helpful staff! Christy was very pleasant and answered all of my grandson's questions. He has moved in and now smiling.
Just moved my son in, and we couldn't be happier! Very well-maintained complex, and the staff is super helpful. It's close to everything!
