RecommendedI’ve loved living at Russell street flats. The location in proximity to the Cotten district and the stadium makes living here the best. The apartments are clean and modern unlike many other places in the district. They have a pool which is great for after class in the summer.
Anna Claire has been my roommate and I’s property manager for the last two years at RSF. She always is happy, energetic, friendly, and there for when we need help. She takes in all of our considerations with our living concerns & goes above and beyond what’s required! She really is a joy to have living on site— and I feel so comfortable coming to her about anything for RSF!
We love being at RSF!! The property manager, Anna Claire, is amazing! She is available when you need her and responds to requests really quickly! I feel like she really cares about her people!!

RSF is one of the best places to live in Starkville for a variety of reasons. I love being close to campus and within walking distance to the cotton district and football stadium. It’s just a short drive away from the veterinary school and allows me to keep my pets with me. I have made several friends while being here but Anna Claire, the on-site property manager, goes above and beyond to make sure her RSF family is taken care of!
Russell Street Flats is in a great location. It is in walking distance to campus and the Cotton District-best of both worlds! The best part is the on sight property manager. Anna Claire makes you feel like family and takes care of all your issues and concerns immediately. She’s truly the best!!
