I went to UPenn for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Maxwell provided excellent care. He was open with communication and compassionate. He is very well educated on current and advanced treatment options. Dr Maxwell was able to accommodate my short stay in Philadelphia by ordering all necessary tests and getting results right away.
