I've had Russell in a Hussell clean our house for over 3 years now. They are hard working, kind, and do a great job!
Quite literally the worst cleaning service I’ve ever dealt with. Requires you to basically clean entire house before willing to clean, which was unbeknownst to us at beginning of hiring. Had to negotiate vacuuming as they do not typically vacuum client homes. A very odd thing for a cleaning service to not perform. Also, we suspect they damaged an outlet in guest bathroom. I have had RnH come and help with cleaning services over the years. I had a Moving out cleaning years ago when I left Saint Joseph, MO. I have also had general housekeeping services across multiple properties I have lived in in Florida and have always been thoroughly satisfied with the service provided.
We have used Valerie and her crew for over a year, for cleanings every 2 weeks. The crew does a great job everytime. It's nice coming home to freshly cleaned floors and rooms on the days they are at the house. My house is a "lived in" house, so some weeks are more intense for them than others and things are always left sparkling.
The team did an excellent job. They were on time, got right to work and finished quickly. The house looked great when I got home. I’m so thankful to have this team.
