I rented with this company and they are horrible, they refused to fix problems with the house such as leaks. Get a good Inspection and take lots of pictures before and after you move in. They will charge the tenants for bogus problems. Also watch out for the, "carpet cleaning" fee specially if the house does not have carpet. I know other tenants that use the same company and had similar issues. Home owners beware they never did quarterly inspection or step foot in the house until it was time for the house to be rented again.

Russell was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I first called Russell asking basic information on selling my home. He took a lot of time to go through everything in detail and also explained what I should expect. I didn’t have a lot of time to waste when selling my house and Russell strived to meet my needs and sold my house in no time. I know that Russell’s knowledge of the local market, pricing, and negotiation skills was the best asset in selling our home. He was a terrific agent!

Worked so hard for us that I had to leave a review for him. He took 10 hour in one day to get us the house we wanted. He worked all day showing us plans, lots, meeting with a builder, making an offer, and picking out selections. Almost done with our house now and am so excited to move in. Russell was great.
Russell helped me find my new home no matter the cost. When I asked to see multiple houses, he made it happen and was more than patient about it. He gave me good advice about what to look for when buying a house. He knew what I wanted and didn't stop working until I was happy. I could not have asked for a better realtor.
