Russell was wonderful anytime I had a question or needed something, he was quick to respond. Also, purchasing a home for the first time is an emotional and nerve-wracking experience. Worked with a different realtor for a few weeks that was slow to respond to my emails or texts, when I would call, I would not get a call back for a couple days.
