Mr. Russell can not manage his time or money. He is the ultimate in irresponsibility! He was under contract to build a small barn on my property. 10 weeks later it is still not finished and he has informed my husband he is not going to finish it. we only know this because we called him! there has been absolutely NO communication from Mr. Russell. He was given 92% of the money over a several week time frame and now, has run off. He is a thief! Not a man to be trusted. T… See more
