Great friendly and knowledgeable service
Dr. Russell is very personable and professional. He fitted my mother with new dentures and treated her with respect through the entire process even though she has dementia.
Recently visited office for cleaning.. I have been going to Dr. Russell since he started Dentistry. Not once have I ever had any problems or complaints. Been going to Dentist for 55 years and this Dentist is the first one that has never caused me any pain or distress. I would and have recommended his office to everyone that needs a Good Dentist. His staff is excellent and provides the same can he gives and expects.

Top notch! They were organized, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient from begiinning to end from the Front office to dental chair in the back and worked with filng both of my insurances and coordinated a plan of care. The office is beautiful and clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them, well worth the drive to Tomball!
Like most people I dread going to the dentist. I must say that I have NEVER had a bad experience at Russell Family Dentistry. The staff has always been courteous and respectful and make me feel welcome and comfortable (well, as comfortable as I'm going to get anyway).
My experience with the dentist and members of his staff is always pleasant. They are always upbeat and show a sincere concern for their patients. I came to use their services through a recommendation of a friend. I would absolutely pass on that recommendation to anyone else.
As always, this office is organized, efficient and professional. From the time you walk in the office to the time you leave you know that you have had a thorough cleaning and you feel that you are valued as a patient .
I always have a pleasant visit, all the staff is very nice.
