I have had a huge phobia of the dentist for as long as I can remember. I had not been to a dentist in 10 plus years until I had a dental issue arise that had to be dealt with. I asked around at work to find a good dentist in the area and was referred to Dr. Russell. My first visit I was a ball of nerves and shaking like a leaf. I went in to see Dr. Russell because my molar broke and it already had a filling. The staff are great and Dr. Russell explains everything even down to the estimated cost. They check with my insurance to be sure what is covered. I don't like going to the dentist, but going there, at least they make it as pleasant as possible. Modern equipment and beautiful office!
I appreciate how the staff works hard to adhere to the appointment schedule, yet still gives you the amount of time and attention needed to address your concern.
Wow! I feel like I've finally found a dental home. What a wonderful first experience! They are prompt and friendly with beautiful facilities. I've heard good things about this practice.
