Horrible rude receptionists
Sad that I have to find a new chiropractor because their receptionists were so rude to my sister that she ran out crying. My sister has 2 rods and 13 screws in her back and instead of explaining the paperwork insurance purposes to her the receptionists they told her “this isn’t good enough” “not our problem”. My little sister works nights, she barely got any sleep.. woke up to go to her appointment just to leave. Very pathetic, and unapologetic
My family has been going there for almost 30 years. Very happy with Doctor Russell. Staff is always nice and polite too. Will work with you.
When I first started, I circled every piece of my body on the pain page. Ankles, knees, hips, low back, shoulder blades, shoulders, upper arms and neck. Now I can only point to 3 things, and not all at once. He knows exactly what my body needs when I describe my current symptom and it sometimes adjusts itself as soon as he gets me in the proper position. He is there to relive pain not create it.
Dr Hue is amazing! I have suffered with back problems for a while, but one visit to Dr Hue and he sets me right again. I visited all throughout my pregnancy as well! Thank you for all you've done for our family!
Everyone is friendly and they treat you special. Especially Dr. Russell. I always feel good after an adjustment.
