I believe I was discriminated against and received unfair treatment by the service department on March 30,2026. I took my vehicle in because the check engine was on and overheating. Service advisor Sedrick informed that the code received was P0375 and that the upper radiator hose was leaking coolant, the vehicle was unsafe to drive, and the part was not in stock nowhere in the world, it had to be order could take2 weeks to 2 months. Richard Chevrolet offered the best deal and has the largest inventory in the region.  I went in on a Saturday mid morning and met with Anthony Pinheiro to consider a 2026 Equinox EV. I have been leasing my cars since 1993 and was intent to lease this one.  Anthony put together an unbeatable deal and right after lunch I drove home with my new Equinox RS EV.  I am very impressed and completely satisfied with Anthony’s ability to make this a seamless transaction!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had with a dealership over 45 years. The car was towed into the shop. No one even told me it would take 24 to 48 hours for them to look at the vehicle. In fact, the rep told me it was looked at same day, and someone would be looking at it first thing the next day. When I called, I was finally told they had 48 hours to look at it, the service manager told me where I bought the car and to have it towed out of their shop to Atlantic. I hope this review could be positive but after the experience I’ve encountered with this dealership I feel I must warn people to stay away from the sales and service department. I’ve had several repairs done to my 2017 Silverado which have been not repaired correctly or charged for repairs which weren’t needed in the first place. I had a front and rear diff service completed and less than an hour from picking my truck up the rear diff was leaking. We recently had an emergency that changed our lifestyle that left us stranded without transportation. The staff under general manager Jerry Nyman and salesman Mike Eaton and others Blue, Lyle jumped into action and assisted us in locating another vehicle to our residence for use . until other transportation could be found. Omgggggg I had the most AWESOME experience from Knapp Chevrolet lets first start off with my SALES REP CHRIS AKA CUBAN when I say he was the best he definitely was he was very professional, kind, a very sweet person, you can tell he loves his job and loves what he does to help all his customers. Out of all the car lots I have been too I can say Knapp Chevrolet IS TRULY BESTTTT one I have been too so far. I will recommend any to go see Chris Aka Cuban he is the best so far keep up the good work Chris!!!!!
