In October to November 2023 timeframe, Crain Buick GMC received and transferred to Bale Chevrolet a 2016 GMC Canyon with a defective battery and infotainment touch screen. Although stating in CARFAX that the vehicle received a “pre-delivery inspection” the easily detectable issues were passed on to a consumer that later paid $1,400.00 in parts and labor for repairs. For a parts department they are a great facility. They have had what others hadn't. Also gives military discount. Give them a try for factory parts.
Before getting here I already tried some other Chevrolet dealerships and was quite well informed on the model I was looking for. Here they were really kind and even got impressed with my knowledge offering me a job))). I didn't get the car (I found it later on repokar com), but I got a tempting job offer - not bad!
