took a f350 took this so called shop to be fixed..haha..what a joke.. I think they broke all the plastic under the hood. then said well it's been worked on before but didnt replace nothing they broke..but quick to take the 4500 dollar repair. had batters put in and didnt even clean the wire off before they put it on just left the corrosion all over the hook ups.. and had to take it back because so called air in the fuel lines of you replace a turbo why is air in my fuel line.. this is the 2nd bad experience. never again will... read more
Our family recently purchased our 4th vehicle from Russell Barnett. Over a 14 year span we have purchased two Kias, one Ford, and a Nissan. We can honestly say that we are not tied to a vehicle brand, but to the superior service and prices provided at the Russell Barnett dealership. We worked with Keith Barnett and he is top notch. There are jokes about “used car salesmen”, but Keith is a man of honesty and integrity. Many, many thanks - we WILL be back!
they refuse to fix the transmission problem . saying it doesnt do it with them but ... " A MASTER MECHANIC " drove it and agrees there is a problem ! will never by a ford ever again my first and last

Just had my Taurus reprogrammed.( A major repair). Then had to get get the keyless door panel rekeyed. A technician came out, took care of it and everyone I was in contact with was extremely courteous and helpful. Kuddos to all.
