From Fayetteville, TN home of no Ford dealership here. Woody Anderson Ford is a joke full of liars. Found Columbia Ford and was happy with them. But yesterday this service department went above and beyond helping my 18 year old daughter with her Ford Fusion's radio concern. This dealership won a loyal customer yesterday. Now if you could get that new Bronco in stock I'm ready to see how great that sales team can be. Thank you for treating customers like you want them to come back again.

We bought a Ford Escape SE 2020 with Anthony this past weekend and it was the best experience we could have imagined. Great people and service but detail dept needs to up their game had a wash wax windows done yesterday and wheel wells not touched, around bottom corners of cab not clean. So have to say wont be having that done again at thier location
