Was told they simply "We can't diagnose what's wrong with it. We don't work on your model vehicle. All we can do is put in a rebuilt transmission." Russmore dot com states nothing about Mazdas or any other certain brands of vehicles being excluded, only that "Russ Moore’s transmissions experts prove time-and-time again that 2/3rds of vehicles don’t need new transmissions with a correct diagnosis", yet they were completely unwilling to even diagnose my car! Thanks for nothing.
They told me the worst possible scenario KNOWING it would just take a trani -flush and some product. Won't ever trust them again.
I would recommend Russ Moore to anyone!! They were so honest to me and didn't want to run me for my money with being a woman. Thank you from my bottom of my heart for having excellent customer service and making me feel 100% comfortable with your honesty!!
They did a great job on our 08 Malibu. Highly recommend these guys
