best This is the second time that I have leased a vehicle from Russ Darrow. I appreciated all your help and the great service provided. This was a fast and one of the best new car buying experience ever. My wife and I got a really nice used vehicle at a rate we could afford.
Stay away from here Poorly managed and run company. Customer service couldnt have been lazier. After driving 4 hours to purchase 2008 car with signed purchas agreement and appt made five days inadvance, car not ready. Told it was getting gassed up. 1 1/2 hours later said detailers- "best in state"- almost done. Finally got car, about 1/2 tank of gas in car, no floor mats, gymdrop on floor on passenger Side, previous owner's DVD still in, needed oil change within twoweeks per computer message. Fantastic people and beautiful car lot I was looking for a newer SUV for my children they assisted us to test drive and look at a wide array of different motors.
