I have a little over 140,000 miles on my car & just had my timing chain replaced for the 3rd time. First one was done by Russ, then just over a year later chain was not in warranty so had to pay half the cost & Russ didn’t charge for his labor. Now I just had a dealership replace it with a 2 year warranty. They claim that the bottom oiler plug was not replaced on previous job, also upper chain guide was missing. I called them 10 am yesterday Thursday june 22nd when they open and asked if i could get a quote on my truck. The lady who answered the phone told me russ would have to call me back he was on a test drive . I said ok she took down my number and I didn't hear back. i tried to call at the end of the day no one answered. I called again the next day at noon no answer...
