After identifying a preowned vehicle of interest on their website my wife and I visited the Rusnak/Westlake Audi dealership. The vehicle we were interested in was available and in the described condition. We were assisted by Gavin in sales and Nia in finance who together made the shopping process stress free, straight forward and surprising quick. Definitely our best dealer experience to date.

I would strongly caution women, especially women shopping or leasing on their own, to think twice before doing business with this dealership. After being a loyal Audi customer for 10 years, this experience has left me feeling taken advantage of, dismissed, and completely exhausted. ZERO STARS—if I could. I got my 2025 Audi Q5 in April, and it’s now only August. I’ve had the car for just four months, so it’s practically brand new and has barely been used, yet the AC has already stopped working in nearly 100-degree LA heat. I have found the Service Department Manager’s handling of this situation to be extremely irresponsible and disappointing. In my experience, I have rarely encountered this level of lack of accountability and professionalism in the automotive business. However, I also believe the responsibility does not stop with the Service Department Manager.
