I had a very disappointing experience working with Audi Westlake during my search for this certified pre-owned Audi e-tron. I spent several weeks communicating primarily with Julian and Geno, providing documentation, securing outside financing, and staying fully engaged in the process. He was very helpful, explained all aspects of my service, provided repair options, checked with his service manager on pricing and alternatives, and was very prompt with all service updates. I'm very very satisfied as a long time Audi owner with the exceptional service provided by Rusnak Westlake Audi each and every time and Jacob Anaya is a great example of exemplary customer service thank you!
Rusnak/Westlake Audi: the only place I would take my R8. Service Advisor, Adam U., always provides excellent service! Plus, I LOVE my R8 - what's there not to love about it?!
