03/08/16. Absolutely horrible service. Made an appointment over two weeks ago and they called me to reschedule as Scott from service said they were too busy to accommodate me. I will never buy another vehicle from Rusnak nor will I have my car serviced there in the future. No excuse for a luxury brand with no commitment to customer service.
