We bought a pre-owned Porsche Panamera (2016) from Rusnak Auto Group on a whim. We'd done some research and taken a few test drives of other cars but weren't quite ready to take the plunge. CiCi greeted us and from beginning to end made us feel comfortable. She was very informative and never pushy. We were in Pasadena for our daughter's college audition so didn't have everything necessary to buy a car on the spot.
