Completely awful.New management has taken over, yet nothing has improved. No vision, no care whatsoever; and yet, the rent has increased 2x.
Awful place, roach infested, clean up from tornado unfinished. It could be a nice place to live if the cleanup was completed, and the entire place inside and outside exterminated. Also a playground for children to play is necessary. Parking is a problem and the roads needs replaced. There are relief grants available that would address all these issues.
