Parts is only open til 430pm and nobody answers their phones after that and if you go into service after that time as well, you wait FOREVER with only ONE person working everything🤷♀️

This Peterbilt store WILL NOT honor all peterbilt warranties!! Only if the purchase was made from them. Not very helpful for the OTR drivers!! So what's the point of buying Peterbilt parts if Rush doesn't honor all Peterbilt parts??
