Samantha prepared a large Carrot Cake and pralines for a birthday party. By far, the absolute best Carrot Cake I've eaten (several guests commented as well; one stated 'the most delicious, darn cake I've ever eaten & I've eaten lots of cake'; the pralines were also yummy (loaded with pecans).
