Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place.... first of all, the staff is extremely friendly when you arrive, the energy of the community is amazing, the instructors are so inspiring (especially MJ), and oh yeah, the workout you get is the best! The time just seems to fly by.... Highly recommend, in a great location in Torrey Highlands, right off the 56, grab dinner (a healthy one) at nearby restaurants as well.... LOVE THE RUSH!
I love Rush Cycle! It’s a great exercise and actually fun. I generally dislike exercise but finally found something I enjoy. I have brought tons of people to Rush as well and it’s just a great community of people. The instructor are the bomb!
It's the best. Hands down. Everyone there is super nice & want you to succeed & have fun.
