I was a little bit disappointed. When we went to go view the apt it was very fast, therefore I would of expected the application process to be the same way, since I did mention we needed to move asap and turned in the paperwork with app fee the next day. When I called yo check on it, I was told it takes a little while but that was it, thrn I was told we were missing paperwork, so i sent that in right after and confirmed it was received but then later again we were missing paperwork, sent it again, then when i called to check... read more
08/05/26 New update still no central air. But we do have AC units in two of our windows which I'm sure my electricity bill will be extremely high but at least my kids and my wife are not extremely hot in the apartment So as of right now I have been without working AC for a whole month now. When my wife called and asked where central air was going to get fixed today she was told that she had to wait in line because there was five other people in front of her. Well here is a real review. I don't live there but I do come and visit often. Over the years the pool hasn't been opened this is the first year that I have actually seen the pool clean so I'm not sure if they're going to open it or not. Walking into a couple of friends apartments the walkways and the upkeep of the property could be a little bit better. Oftentimes that I come over here it's on the weekends or later in the week. But I only see one person picking up trash I think it's a Hispanic guy. I wish they would in force ... read more
