Linquist procedure July 28, 2025 patient prescription incompetent for frames eyeglassexpress and coulter street optical literally incompetent care
Receptionist here are bad, not friendly at all their rude to all guests! Giving looks talking about them to the other coworker while the guest is in the waiting room waiting.I don't know why they have people like that working as a receptionist. When your post to be friendly to all guests and helpful. The ladies in the back no communication with the eye doctor about the patient needs and wants.
Just now writing my review but I had my procedure in 2019 and with it being 2025 it was one of the best decision I ever made only regret was I didn’t get it done sooner!
The eye specialists were amazing! very helpfulll very nice! Lady that checked me in was NOT! This One specific lady that is always there with attitude noticed i needed translation knowing i needed help did not help me. (i’ve been here variable times) she knew spanish. next person she checked in (they needed translation as well) very helpful to them but not me. this was definitely discrimination. cara de nopal !!
