June 10, online says it's open, went there because thought I had an appointment, drove two hours , just for it to be closed, no email or call, or message saying it will be closed , also had to miss work too.

Sloan Rush was very kind and helpful- he is the only reason I gave 2 stars. We waited for an hour past our appt time to even be called back into a room then we waited another 25 minutes in the room for the dr to come in for a 5 minute visit. The lady at the check in desk was kind and helpful but the lady at the check out desk was very rude and not helpful at all. My experience with Rush Office today was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I was sold a product that I ultimately could not use, and when I returned to request a refund, I was met with resistance and vague references to “company policy” that were never clearly explained to me beforehand. At no point during the transaction was I properly informed of any restrictions or limitations that would prevent a refund in this situation. Because of this, I ended up wasting both my time and money, and the lack of transparency and ... read more
