I spent years trying to find a massage therapist that would work with specific problems caused by a spine defect. My lower back was always a problem but it also caused hidden problems in my shoulders and glutes. Different muscles were affected depending on my exercise level and what chores I did between massages. I have since had a spinal fusion and now my needs have changed. Tracy always finds the sore muscles and makes me feel 100% better. He customizes each massage to your personal needs. I will never go anyplace else.
I've had chronic pain issues for some time, and no massage has been more thorough than the one I had from Tracy. He took time to understand my issues and had a focused intensity on my areas of discomfort unlike any massage I've had before. I can't recommend him highly enough -- fantastic experience!

Rupp massage has a cozy, warm & PRIVATE environment (I dislike getting massages with a bunch of other people around staring at me). I have had chronic back & neck pain for years which has been exacerbated recently & I’m in pain/discomfort/stiff 24/7.
