People need to realise that he sees this type of stuff on a daily basis, so he is somewhat de-sensitised to it all. This isn't arrogance, it's knowledge. I can't fault the service. the worst experience i have ever had in a doctors surgery, showed zero concern or compassion, probed me about being a drug user several times, and physical hurt me during an exam, to be honest i always regret never reporting him, DR Ruppin was a horrible person to me.
Showed zero concern, and said because I was not in pain for a week and a half that I was perfectly fine and gave me no indications or answers. Clearly did not even read my notes from hospital or looked over any scans and his solution was if I was in pain again, to go to my GP. Pathetic.
