RecommendedWe used Rupp Limousine for our wedding and it was an overall great experience. Kim was very responsive to any questions that we had via email. Bill was our limo driver and he was very professional and great to deal with. He picked us up right on time and took us everywhere that we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a limo in the Erie area!
We used Rupp Limousine for a wine tour and they were fantastic!! Kim was very responsive to any emails I sent and also made all the reservations at the wineries for our group. Bil was our driver who was incredibly nice and professional. The limo arrived 20 minutes prior to our scheduled departure time and Bill was always ready for us as we walked out of the wineries. We had such a great time with Rupp Limousine and would highly recommend them to anyone!
We booked Rupp limousine for a bachelorette wine tour in Erie and had a fantastic experience! Kim helped with the arrangements, planned the itinerary and called the wineries ahead of time so they were aware that a large group was coming. Kim was also our driver for the day and she was always outside right when it was time for us to leave. We’ve used Rupp Limo service twice this month. The customer service exceeded our expectations. When planning important events, it is nice to have one less thing to worry about. Our drivers, both times were extremely friendly and professional. Very High recommendation for Rupp Limousine!!
Highly recommend Rupp Limousine! Recently drove with them to a concert at the Crawford County Fair and they were super accommodating! It was nice not having to worry about drinking and driving!
I highly recommend utilizing Rupp Limousine for your next event! I booked a bachelorette wine tour for 18 women, and we had so much fun! Kim was so easy to work with and planned our entire day by making reservations at 5 different wineries. When Dustin picked us up at the house, he was fun and had a great attitude, he even changed some of our reservations so we had enough time everywhere. Kim was great at handling our reservations for our anniversary wine tour. She was prompt in her responses and provided great reccomendations. She even gave us a anniversary card. Bill was great. He was waiting at the entrances of the winery's as we walked out. We never waited more than 1 minute for him. Overall best car service I have ever used. I travel a lot, and have used many car services across the U.S. and by far they have been the best.
Highly recommend!!! Rupp limousine went above and beyond with great customer service. They allowed us to bring in drinks the night before into the limo, and they came to my husbands house 10 min before we asked. The driver was very cooperative with all our destination requests, and carried himself in a professional manner. We didn’t have to worry about getting anywhere late on our wedding day. Great stress free option!!
we originally had the 14 person limo but we're upgraded to the party bus for our wine tour at no extra charge. Kim was so helpful in the planning of the day. it was such a great experience, would recommend Rupp limo and definitely use again!
