We booked a party bus from Rupp Limousine for our wedding without seeing it first. Huge Mistake! When we went to see the party bus it was full of trash, smelled of stale beer, and was falling apart. The owner kept saying that it would be detailed and parts were being ordered for it, but this was four weeks before our wedding! We sacrificed our $400 deposit that they would not refund any of to book with a different company so that our wedding day wouldn't be ruined. When we spoke with your fiancé on Monday we explained that the bus had not yet been cleaned from the Bachelor party that was held on the bus the days before he looked at the bus. I have had a limo bus from rupp limo and there was a problem I recieved a call from the owner as soon as possible notifying me he will give a full refund the service was great although we had a problem he made sure he fixed it and asked frequently was I ok and was I satisfied I feel as though that was excellent customer service on thier part I will look forward to renting from rupp again in the future!!! Satisfaction guaranteed

We had such a great time that night. The Limo held 11 of us-we had room and were comfortable. The ride was a party all by itself! This is why they are Erie's favorite!!
