Dr Rupp is always on time. He listens well to my concerns then easily explains answers in a way I can understand. I know he truly cares about me as a person.
I have been seeing Dr. RUPP for many years. He detected a basal cell carcinoma on my nose my prior dermatologist missed... he provides excellent service and is extremely professional. His nurse assistant Kim is outstanding and is very nice to work with. She makes you feel like you are a friend and is caring. Five stars in my book!
Every visit the past 4 years has been a pleasant experience because of each staff person has taken the time to make me feel they are really concerned about “How are you today” type greetings. The pleasant,professional interactions by staff and Dr. Rupp help ease the anxiety when you think you might have skin cancer. ( due to excellent treatment, no cancer so far). Wish all my health care offices were this friendly.
This morning was another wonderful experience with Dr. Rupp and his team. I like their uniforms which symbolizes their team approach. Dr. Rupp is a positive, happy, and skilled physician, who gives me a full body skin cancer check on a regular basis. This is especially important since I swim outside daily in the summer. Today Gina was especially helpful in scheduling me in. She and her coworkers are professional and respectful. I will continue to refer family and friends to this group.
Dr. Rupp has been looking after me for 17 years. The man saved my life! After 3 doctors incorrectly diagnosed the melanoma on my face, Dr. Rupp recognized it right away and removed it. Since then, I see him twice a year. With preventative care, I haven't developed melanoma again. I highly recommend Dr. Rupp for all of your Dermatology needs.
Dr. John F. Rupp, M.D. has been an exceptional doctor for me. He is unusual in that he cares about his patients---my thought. He is very professional and I would recommend him to anyone. Dr Rupp is very thorough and a great doctor. He has been my dermatologist for years. My only complaint is the wait time is excessive for appointments. The staff is clearly overbooking appointments, as I have never had an appointment be kept on time since I started seeing him. Average wait time is 30-60 minutes after scheduled appointment time.
