I had been to this office and seen Dr Rupp in the past. I also used to take my mom to see him. I developed a red spot on my face a while back I didn’t think too much of it other than the fact that it hasn’t gone away. Someone told me that itlooked like a carcinoma and. I should see about it. Office staff very unfriendly billing department Rude and degrading to pt. wants money not owed and the says they will refund it when they get around to it'.

I've been going to Dr. Rupp for many years. He has such a pleasant personality, very engaging, and most importantly a very thorough and competent doctor. The only problem is that he is booked up for 6 months, so it can be very difficult to get in to see him on short notice.

Dr. Rupp is the best dermatologist on the planet. I need to start by saying this review is LONG over due. My extended family (my siblings, their family and my parents) and my own family have all been going to Dr Rupp for over 20 years. There are not enough words to describe how much we appreciate him. I have 4 grown children who all visited Dr. Rupp for acne and skin care. One of my children had a cancerous mole that he discovered and removed! I've seen Dr Rupp for several years with only positive experiences. He is patient and answers any and all questions. The office staffs reflective of Dr Rupp and are a pleasure to deal with. I personally would never change practices.

Aloof and disregarding. He’s probably medically qualified and maybe he was just having a bad day but we won’t go back.

This is a review for Dr Rupp’s practice. After my Doctor Dr Higgins retired, patients only see Physician Assistants but are billed as seeing Dr Rupp. The PA I saw has no manners or can keep conversation with you. His name is A. Berg & he writes prescriptions too. The 3x I saw him all Q & A was referred to the note takers in the room. I was the one reminding him that other spots needed to be checked and again I was referred to talking with the assistant taking notes.

The staff, receptionists and everybody in that office is just so patient, kind, helpful and ready to assist you in any way they can. I have been battling with this rash on most of my body and after biopsies and treatment, Dr Rupp got it figured out and the rash is nearly gone. So thankful for him and his staff. Today he cane in the room, sat down and discussed the great progress, thank you so much!!!

Dr. Rupp has treated me for over 15 years. I had a family member die from melanoma. While I have been fortunate in not developing this disease, Dr. Rupp has carefully monitored me for skin changes and treated a number of actinic keratosis successfully treating those on my face so that scars are barely visible. While he never guarantees this because of skin variations, he has been more successful than other dermatologists. He has a great bedside manner and really cares about his patients!
