My favorite experience with the Ruopps has to do with my granddaughter who was 2 at the time. My granddaughter fell and hit her mouth on a table causing her top front 4 teeth to be pushed up all the way up into her gums. She had not been to the Ruopps before, my daughter had not either. But when I called the Ruopps and told them what had happened, they said bring her right in. We rushed her in, they took her in before other patients.
