I had a tooth bothering me and the front desk was able to get me in for an appointment promptly. As always, it was a good experience. It's always nice to be greeted by staff who know me by name, and are very personable. Dr. Jan and Dr. Baker always take great care of me. I'm thankful to have such a great dental team!

The facility is very clean. The lady's at front counter were very helpful with answering any insurance questions as well made you feel welcome coming in. Not just another patient. The work was done by Dr Pat Ruopp & Dr Baker. There assistance were gentle as well nice,friendly and work with the Dr well..Hygienist were friendly,nice. She did a good job and was not rough.I made six trips in for different procedures and not one was unpleasant. I would refer anyone to your Dentistry.

We are always very satisfied with our experience in this office. If there is any issue, the staff and the doctors try to resolve it as soon as possible. Very professional staff, always keep us informed about the insurance coverage and out of pocket cost for a visit.
