First time here and Celine was great! Didn’t feel rushed, and felt very relaxed. Definitely my new go to salon. The staff is also super attentive, and kind.
What I asked for vs. what I received (I asked for chrome powder after I realized the color was going to be much darker and more sheer than what I asked for)… I booked an appointment at 5 p.m. with Kevin, who seemed genuinely annoyed by having to interact with me at all. I had to ask twice to have the edges of the tips filed down (he was going to leave them sharp, just as they come), the top edges are all uneven and he didn’t even attempt a color match - just grabbed the color I assume they use for French tips from his cart. ... read more
