I ordered a pair of spikes for my daughter for track and I called to confirm that if I ordered them that day that they would get to me in 2 days like it says since i needed them by a certain day. Well initially it wasn’t coming in time and was upset that I was told they would get there in time and I told them I would have to go somewhere else and just send them back! terrible customer service.
Even though it’s not their fault, but they helped me out with some female Nike singlets. Nike’s new team singlets are tiny. These guys came through and sent me replacements in bigger sizes. Highly recommend.

Outstanding real life customer service and expedited service. Ordered 2 pairs of track spikes for our daughters on Monday, they were received the next day, Tuesday by 2pm. Both pairs fit perfect. Our daughters had a meet on Wednesday. Sadly, one of our daughters pairs of Spikes were stolen at the track meet. She was unable to compete in 2 of her 3 events. Needless to say, we will be ordering again. Probably tomorrow. Thank you all so much !
