Excellent customer service! Had an issue entering a cupon code online. Decided to call the 800 number and spoke to someone I could clearly understand AND ended up giving me the cupon credit and placed the order for me!
My shoes were delivered quickly. In the box was a return label and a form to exchange in case they didn't fit. Well, the shoes didn't fit. It took me 2 mins to fill out the form with the size smaller shoes, I slapped on the included return label and within a week received the new package. It was very easy. Will shop here again.
No hassle returns if the shoes don’t fit.
