Amazing customer service. Excellent return policy. Bought garmin forerunner 945 in June 2019. Took it back to Thailand where I live part time. Turns out the watch was defective. Contacted garmin help line in the US who kept asking me to update the software and reset the watch several times but nothing worked. I was training for a 65 km race and needed the watch daily. They send you fake copy of nike pegasus 35 shoes ... I had a 10 km run with that garbages copy of south asia and they alreay destroyed ... run out this seller , ITS A SCAM
Ordered a pair of shoes that said there was one left in my size and the color I was looking for. I paid the extra to have them next day. I also ordered a pair for my husband and received a email stating his were on their way, but had not seen anything on my shoes. I called the customer service number only to be told that my shoes were missing and they would ship when they found them.
