IMHO, RW is the best place on the California Central Coast for anyone’s hiking, running, and walking shoe needs.
I just had the most amazing customer service experience ever. I ordered a pair of racing flats on closeout and when they arrived I received two left shoes in different sizes. Called up customer service and over the next 4 hours David worked to find the missing shoe in the warehouse and when it could not be found he tried to contact their distributors to see if he could get it that way. When those options came up short he found the same pair on a competitor site and refunded my money plus the difference in price for the compe... read more

I love the price match guarantee at Running Warehouse!! I bought a pair of shoes and two weeks later the price was dropped. I called and talked to a very helpful representative who very quickly issued the refund to my credit card! Will be a lifetime customer!!!
