The fellow (about 40) who works there treated us as though we were invisible. He could mot have cared less! If he doesn't own the store, fire him! We are not going back. A really bad experience.
I went to choose a pair of road running shoes this summer, but the sales guy made me feel he was reluctant to recommend any options. Sorry, I don’t know whether he’s a manager or not, all I felt was he wasn’t willing to assist (potential) customers. Cheers. Hope the business gets better in the near future.
I tried to buy sneakers in this store a couple of times. Every time I went, the staff members barely communicationed with me. I have lost my desire to go back, it was a bad experience and I do not recommend this store.
Great store for runners of all levels! Bruce is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Love the community vibe and quality gear. Highly recommend!
