I went to this store to buy daily-wear shoes, and the salesperson made me uncomfortable by pretending not to understand my pronunciation. Having an accent is completely normal when you speak multiple languages and English isn't your native tongue. Was in this morning June 20 to purchase a pair of Hoka Shoes,the middle age slender gentleman was great,very friendly and knowledgeable.He ensured my shoes were the proper fit.I usually purchased in past my Hoka fr an “Automotive supply owned sport store” but from now on I will stick with running room,I’ve purchased other items here in past with no issues at all.
