They spend time with you to make sure you get a shoe that's right for you. Toni helped me select my shoe's and is awesome. I didn't feel like a number and that she wanted to get me the best shoe possible. Because of my knees I needed more help then normal selecting shoes. Thank you Tori and Running Lab, you guys rock!
Went there on a referral from a friend - great experience. They took time with me and directed me to a larger size than I have ever worn and would not have believed to be my correct size - but the shoes they sold me have been fantastic. I have since bought shoes in that same size in another brand and again - much more comfortable fit. Great job guys!
About 4 years ago I had many pains in my feet. Came here in hopes to find some relief. They put me in some Mizunos based on my feet and I am pain free and on my 4th pair of shoes. Couldn't be happier. 2 half marathons and many more road races since. Thank you for your help!

They give a level of personal care that you can't get online. Definitely recommend it to anyone. I'm not even close to a hardcore runner, I didn't know what I was supposed to be feeling for in my shoes, but they were patient with me and through trial and error I now own a fantastic pair of shoes!
First time runner, stopped in yesterday and was blown away by the excellent Customer Service. Definitely will be the only store I use.
