I visited the Running Lab out of desperation. I have plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis in both feet. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. You can't beat their return policy! I purchased a pair of shoes and m feet fell muh better. I will be shop in there again in the future!

I had the most incredible experience at Running Lab on Saturday. Our friend had mentioned what an outstanding experience she had there and we knew we wanted to have our own experience. I am a novice runner (training for a 5k) and have ankle problems due to a broken leg several years ago, but they were able to fit me for the best shoes ever! The employee that I worked with was kind, knowledgeable, and never pressured me for a sale. Customer service was amazing! Rose was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I have found "my" shoe store. I highly recommend buying your shoes from the RunningLab.
