Best Customer Service EVER! I had a problem with a pair of shoes purchased 2 months ago - manufacturer at fault - and Running Lab promptly exchanged them with no questions asked! Even apologized for something which was not their fault in any way. So awesome!!! It pays to go to a small, local business. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Running Lab:-)
All of the employees that I met at Running Lab are friendly and extremely helpful! I especially want to thank Toni. She is very supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. She not only helped me pick out a pair of running shoes that I love, but also gave me great tips to help improve my form. The employees at Running Lab are friendly and knowledgeable. Renee watched the way I walked, and then brought out shoes that she felt would best meet my needs. I was able to walk around in each shoe for as long as I felt necessary with no pressure. I would recommend Running Lab as the store to go to for walking and/or running shoes.
Amazing customer service and great staff. Also, their pricing is right on par or less expensive than what you would pay at any major retailer. I cant wait to go back!
It's hard to find a place that understands that not every person that walks in knows what they need to start on the road to better themselves. Running Lab does. The knowledge that has been shared, the friendship that has been offered, the sense of home is simply the best. Great people, great shoes, awesome socks, good times. Love this place!
Best place for running shoes! I want to give a big shout out to Keith for taking the time and finding the perfect shoes for me. I did the DXA2 10K run in them last week and it was like running in super comfy ballerina slippers. Thank you!
