The staff at Running Lab are dedicated to making sure their customers have the right gear for wherever their running takes them. I recently had to use their satisfaction guarantee to get a different pair of shoes. The original pair were returned with no hassle and the eventual perfect pair were ordered. Everyone who works in the store is extremely friendly and helpful. Each time I am in, they ask about my running and what I'm training for. I have always had issues with finding the right shoe until I came here last year. All my foot problems went away after being properly fitted in a shoe! So it was a no brainer to come back here to get my next pair. After wearing my new pair for 2 days they just did not feel like they fit right. So I came back and they spent even more time with me finding the right fit that made me feel comfortable. Super friendly and so knowledgeable about what to look for in a proper fit. I will NEVER go anywhere else for shoes! A+++
