Was in the store 20 minutes in the hopes of getting better fitting running shoes. However, We were not ACKNOWLEDGED untill we began walking out of the store at that point a worker asked if we needed help.
I seriously can't get over how amazing this store is! Their customer service is unparalleled, and I'm sure legendary! Check them out, you'll be glad you did. After that initial visit, I promise you'll never go anywhere else to buy running equipment.
I was in serious need for some new running shoes when I walked into this store 2 weeks ago. I was met by a friendly face and wonderful person who spend 45 minutes with me personally going through all of my shoe choices and recommending what was doing the best for my stride. This store was more personal and professional than any shoe store I've ever stepped foot in. I could not recommend them more, and I'm ecstatic I decided to but my shoes before moving out of this area next week!

I want to thank Jennifer for all her help! For years I've been told that since I have low arches I should be in a stability shoe. I've been plagued with knee pain for years too. She paid real attention to me, and we went through 6 different pairs before we found the perfect neutral shoe. Today was my fastest mile and half time in 10 years... And NO knee pain! I'd completely forgotten it could actually feel GOOD to run! THANK YOU!!!!
Amazing customer service. We came in not really knowing anything about equipment or shoes and we left with lots of great info. The prices are extremely reasonable too. Would recommend. I'm sure we will only shop Running Ect. for all our running needs!!
My rigid later feet making running and sometimes walking long distances a huge pain, my ankles are literally throbing after a long workout in average running shoes. For years i couldnt find shoes that gave me painless support, these guys measured and looked over my feet and gave me the shoes I needed now I can run for an hour without any pain post workout. If you're looking to taking running seriously don'the go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and very helpful ... just went back too buy my second pair :)
